We are currently accepting submissions for our unique online audio library.

There are a growing number of audio libraries appearing in the online market so why choose us?

We have a growing number of high-profile clients who we actively pitch your work to – every track accepted into our library will stay part of our ongoing selling strategy. We offer our composers exclusive and non-exclusive contracts with a simple 50/50 cut on all revenue created. Please indicate in your application if you wish to submit any exclusive tracks (they can made be eligible for buyout offers from our offline purchasers.)

What are we looking for?

The most important consideration in the preliminary stage is mix & production quality – you should be prepared to submit work in an uncompressed audio format such as WAV or AIFF at 16 bit 44.1Khz and we advise that you record your sessions in at least 24 bit 48 Khz for the best results.

Ideally your tracks should be between 1 and 3 minutes. Additional alternative versions such as 15s, 30s, 60s, Stings, Bumpers, Lead Muted, No Drums, etc. will greatly increase the saleability of your tracks.

Each track submitted must include the following:

1.) Master File
All master files must be uncompressed 44.1 kHz 16-Bit stereo. Please label each track with the title, metronome mark and composer’s initials. For example:

Please use underscores ‘_’ rather than spaces as they can confuse our server.

2.) Alternative Versions
Please include all appropriate ALTS for your track (15s, 30s, 60s, No Lead, No Drums, Sting, Bumper, Loops etc.) You may also be asked to create a bespoke edit if a client so requests.

Our clients frequently cite the availability of ALTS as the major consideration when purchasing.

3.) Preview MP3s

Any submissions that are two seconds or longer must have the ZeilerMedia watermark added to the preview by the author. The preview should be in MP3 320kbps format. Make sure the watermark is loud enough to be audible, but not so loud that it is distracting. Do not edit the watermark in any way. It must play every 30s seconds.

The watermark is available in two forms for your convenience: single sample and one minute loop. These will be included in the submission pack (request below).

4.) Description and Image

Please write a description (we suggest between 20 – 50 words) and include a square image (at least 300×300 pixels) that will encourage the customer to listen to your track!

5.) Tags and Categories

Please include suggestions for tags (up to 20) and categories (up to 5) to help us place your track in the correct part of the library.

6.) Publishing Agreement

ZeilerMedia typically have a 50/50 non-exclusive agreement with their composers – a sample contract will be included in the submissions pack (request below).

7.) Upload

Please put your finished track, preview, image, title, description, tags and all supporting information into a single zipped folder and send it by We Transfer to [email protected]

8.) Completion

Once your tracks have been successfully verified we will issue a contract and bank details form to sign and return.

Please like and share us to help boost our ability to sell your tracks 😊
